missing folder "includes/images"

Hello:
I download the source file from http://github.com/tony-landis/agilebill/archives/master
Then, I try to install AGILE BILL but I got this message:
Step 1: Checking file permissions... failed!
Directory Permission Problem Detected:
The directory includes/smarty/templates/ must be set
set to writable. [ERROR-2]
Directory Permission Problem Detected:
The directory includes/images/ must be set set to
writable. [ERROR-2]
I donot find these folders in the downloaded source file
includes/smarty/templates/ and
includes/images/
Can you give me the source file included "templates" and "images"
folders?
please help
